New Downtown Orlando Course for 32nd AdventHealth Corporate 5K

ORLANDO, FL (March 24, 2026)Track Shack Events and AdventHealth have unveiled a new course for the 32nd AdventHealth Corporate 5K, which returns to downtown Orlando on Thursday, April 30, 2026 at 6:45 p.m.

Approximately 13,000 runners and walkers representing roughly 500 corporate and nonprofit teams are expected to participate in the 3.1-mile run/walk, Orlando’s largest workplace wellness event and a long-standing tradition that brings Central Florida’s business community together through movement and friendly competition.

The new start line is on East Robinson Street at Eola Drive and the finish line is on East Robinson Street east of Rosalind Avenue, guiding participants through several Orlando neighborhoods, including the Milk District, Thornton Park and Lake Eola Heights Historic District, before concluding near Lake Eola Park. This updated route reflects ongoing construction and development along portions of the event’s previous course while maintaining a safe and scenic experience for participants.

“As downtown Orlando continues to grow and evolve, we’ve adjusted the course to ensure the best possible experience for participants,” said Alicia Albert, Senior Event Director of the Track Shack Family of Companies. “The new route still highlights some of the city’s most vibrant neighborhoods while bringing thousands of coworkers from across Central Florida workplaces together for an event focused on health, connection and community.”

Following the race, participants and spectators will gather at Lake Eola Park’s Walt Disney Amphitheater, where The Little Lazy Band will headline the post-race celebration. (Entertainment subject to change.)

Held exclusively for Florida’s corporate and nonprofit community, the AdventHealth Corporate 5K encourages companies to form teams that promote connection, camaraderie and healthy lifestyles. Surrounding Lake Eola Park, more than 250 corporate hospitality tents create a vibrant hub for team celebrations and networking after the race. Color-coded zones correspond with AdventHealth’s brand colors, helping teams easily locate their gathering areas. The Gold Zone, presented by Gallagher Insurance, is located near the finish line and amphitheater and hosts many of the event’s largest corporate and sponsor teams.

The event takes place during National Stress Awareness Month, highlighting the role physical activity can play in managing stress and supporting overall well-being. It also kicks off National Mental Health Awareness Month and National Physical Fitness and Sports Month, reinforcing the importance of staying active.

“Regular movement is one of the most powerful ways to ease stress and support your overall well-being,” said Doug Allen, Senior Manager, Sports & Orthopedic Physical Therapist at AdventHealth Sports Med & Rehab. “Events like the AdventHealth Corporate 5K invite people to step away from their daily routine, get active and reconnect with coworkers while building habits that support not just physical health, but a greater sense of balance and well-being.”

Since its inception in 1995, the AdventHealth Corporate 5K has brought together Central Florida companies while supporting local causes. Proceeds benefit the Track Shack Youth Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to promoting youth health and fitness across Central Florida. Participants are also encouraged to donate food and funds to Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida, with a 2026 donation goal of 150,000 meals to support neighbors in need.

Companies of all sizes are invited to form teams and participate together or virtually. Teams are led by a designated Team Captain who recruits members, builds team spirit and encourages participation leading up to race day.

To help participants prepare, Track Shack offers its Zero to Fit training program, a 10-week beginner-oriented program designed to help first-time runners and walkers safely build endurance and confidence. Participants who prefer to train independently can also download a free, easy to follow eight week training guide designed to help both runners and walkers prepare for race day.

Registration is open at Corporate5K.com. Entry fee is $35 now through April 17, $40 April 18-23 and $45 April 24-29.
