Thank you for your interest in the Track Shack Youth Foundation.

The Foundation primarily supports schools and programs in the greater Central Florida community (Orange, Osceola, Lake, Seminole, Brevard, and Volusia counties), with an emphasis on promoting and encouraging health and fitness for youth. The Board of Directors meets quarterly to review grant applications: March, June, September, and December

Next Board Meeting: June 18, 2026

Funding Guidelines:

Preference is given to ongoing programs rather than one-time events.
We do not fund capital improvements or sponsor fundraising events.
Grant funds cannot be used for transportation costs, entry fees (including Track Shack Races), lodging, meals, or salaries.
Average grant amounts range from $500 – $2,000.
Organizations may apply for a grant once every 12 months.

Important: Grant applications must be received by the deadline. Applications received after the deadline will be reviewed at the following quarterly meeting. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. If you do not receive a confirmation email from the Foundation administrator within 48 hours of submitting, please contact Stella Keiner: admin@trackshackfoundation.org
