About This Event
Start your morning with movement, community, and a little fun. This women’s workout event is designed for all paces and all levels.
We’ll kick things off with a 1-mile jog/run/walk with On Running, followed by a barre workout with Pure Barre to build strength and mobility. Bring your yoga mat and a friend! RSVP required.
