Steps to Strides

Steps to Strides (formerly Zero to Fit) is a running and walking training program designed for adults who want to improve fitness, build consistency, and feel stronger in their everyday movement. This beginner-friendly program takes participants from walking or very light running to confidently covering up to 3 miles in just 10 weeks.
Participants learn proper running form, effective warm-up and cool-down routines, stretching techniques, and complete coached workouts designed for all fitness levels.
“Having someone to train with is almost as important as having a coach. You’ll make friendships and look forward to the workouts.” – Steven
