Since 1978, our all-women’s 5K has brought together thousands of mothers, daughters, sisters, and friends to celebrate women’s health. By donating or raising funds, you can help provide early diagnosis for those in need. Each $25 raised earns you an entry into our prize drawing. Let’s start fundraising!

With your help let's raise money for local women who don’t have the resources to get annual mammograms or other diagnostic screenings. Each $135 raised will help provide a mammogram to one uninsured woman in need through the AdventHealth Breast Cancer Care Fund.

Keeping Central Florida Fit is our mission. Walkers are encouraged to participate in all Track Shack races. The City of Orlando encourages runners and walkers in this 5K to complete 3.1 miles within one hour. Participants who do not maintain that pace will be directed to the sidewalk by race officials.
