The Track Shack Youth Foundation, Inc. was established in 1994 as a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization with the purpose of promoting youth health and fitness programs. The Foundation has touched thousands of thousands contributed over $3.5 million into the greater Central Florida community, primarily serving Orange, Osceola, Lake, Seminole, Brevard, and Volusia counties.

Thus, the Foundation is under the scrutiny and reporting rules defined by the IRS, including the filing of an annual report and audit by the IRS at its discretion.

Briefly, the by-laws of the Foundation state that its purpose is to promote and encourage health and fitness in our community with an emphasis on youth programs. Income derived from activities of the Foundation is to be used exclusively for the support of youth health-related programs and activities.

A group of trustees who are committed to the Foundation's mission, volunteer their time, and make annual financial contributions oversee the Foundation. The trustees hold meetings quarterly to oversee the Foundation's operations and cash allocation.

We financially support local schools and charities that foster youth health and fitness programs. We get our funds from various sources, such as Track Shack running events, individual and corporate donations, and grants.
