Join Track Shack and lululemon for Monthly Yoga for Runners. Gather together at Track Shack the 4th Monday of every month.
Featuring Mikaela Laughlin from lululemon Orlando Outlets. She's an instructor at PLA.Yoga teaching Vinyasa Flow.
This class is one for all whether you’re a beginner or a yogi, join us!
Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one! We will for 2 to 3 extras for those who don’t.

To give others a chance to attend Yoga for Runners, you can only sign up for one session at a time. If you sign up for multiple sessions, you will be removed from the second session.
